OVNI Dark Sky Filter

The OVNI Dark Sky filter is designed for deep-sky observing under skies with mild to heavy light pollution.

While not essential, it is highly recommended if you are observing under skies where the Milky Way is not visible or only faintly visible.

It darkens the sky background to make non-nebulous objects such as galaxies, star clusters, and the Milky Way stand out even more..

Price: €89 (31.75mm) and €139 (50.8mm)

OVNI Moons & Planets Filters

This set includes a 360nm Ultraviolet (UV) filter and an 889nm Methane (CH4) filter, both in 31.75mm.

Visual observation of Jupiter and Saturn in the methane wavelength is now possible.

This methane filter (FWHM 8nm) reveals details that are otherwise invisible to the human eye.

The Ultraviolet filter(FWHM 80nm) allows, for example, observation of Venus and the Moon (also possible with the Methane filter).

These filters can also be used for astrophotography with a camera or simply a smartphone.

Price: €249

OVNI X Starizona Nexus / Apex

These two modified versions are the result of a collaboration between OVNI Night Vision and Starizona for OVNI-M / OVNI-B users.

The Nexus is a 0.75x focal reducer and coma corrector (for Newtonian-type telescopes).

For example, an F/4 Dobsonian becomes an F/3.

The Apex-ED (Short or Long versions) is a 0.65x focal reducer and field flattener (for Ritchey-Chrétien, Meade ACF, and APO refractors).

For example, an F/5.5 refractor becomes an F/3.6 astrograph.

Price for the Nexus or Apex-ED (S or L): €599
